We hold a high standard for not just ourselves, but your fellow passengers as well. Even if you aren't going with a public group, we recommend you read our policies so you can enjoy the ride with peace of mind.
Reservation information contained herein is considered true and accurate unless otherwise corrected by notifying Pegasus.
Every effort will be made to keep the vehicles at a comfortable temperature. Passengers should be aware that if the limousine is at more than 70% capacity and outside temperature is above 80 degrees, the vehicle will not remain cool as the doors are opened and closed.
All videos being shown in our vehicles must be rated G, PG or PG13.
Customers may bring snacks and drinks on board the vehicles. Please inquire about trunk space or passenger seat space for any coolers or other items larger than a carry-on bag. You may be asked to leave behind any large items unless pre-approved.
If all passengers are 21 and older, or all minors are accompanied by a parent, passengers are welcome to bring and drink alcohol in the vehicles. Customers are expected to drink responsibly, and venues reserve the right to deny service to those who are overly intoxicated. No refunds will be given for trips cut short due to excessive consumption. No beverage containers are allowed outside the vehicle.
Smoking is not allowed in vehicles or on distillery property. This includes e-cigarettes (vaping), cigars and cigarettes. Chewing tobacco may be (courteously) enjoyed in privately booked vehicles but not on public tours. Illegal substances of any kind are also forbidden.
All hourly trips will be charged a deposit, which is refundable if the trip is canceled prior to the deadline. A cancellation that occurs after the cancellation deadline (see below) is a LATE CANCEL. Late cancel charges will also apply if the passenger fails to contact our office if they are unable to locate their chauffeur. For cancels after the deadline, the deposit is not refundable. One-hour (transfer) reservations do not require a deposit, but will be charged for any late cancel.
Coach and Derby deposits are refundable up until 30 days prior to the trip. Cancellations 29-15 days prior, the deposit is forfeited. Within 14 days, the full cost of the trip is due and not refundable.

We will make every effort to track your flight, and any changes to your arrival time will be conveyed to your chauffeur. If you are aware of a flight change, please notify the office by phone, email or text message.
Pegasus is not responsible for passenger flights or trains which are missed, cancelled, diverted or delayed, or for any other incident which results in failure to comply with the Cancellation Policy. Every effort will be made to provide alternate arrangements, subject to wait time or late cancellation fees, and without detriment to our other reserved clients.
Your reservation includes a reasonable amount of time to collect your baggage and exit the airport. If you are unable to meet your vehicle within 30 minutes of your plane’s arrival, please contact your chauffeur or the office to authorize a longer wait. We will wait up to a maximum of 60 minutes unless we receive notification.
SDF Airport does not permit drivers to leave their vehicles to greet passengers. There is a very short distance between baggage claim and the exit doors to the Taxi Stand, where drivers will be waiting. If you require someone in baggage claim to meet you, please contact the office about adding a greeter ($30 charge applies). Please be advised that we cannot assist with luggage inside the airport, but can help you find an airport staff member for assistance.

Most are easily bookable online. Pegasus can book tickets for you for $60 per person per day, or can help you make reservations on your own. As a reminder, any times listed on your tickets/itinerary are the start times of your tour. Check-in is expected at least 10 minutes prior (20 minutes at Woodford). Distilleries WILL sell your tickets to others waiting in line if you do not show up for check in. Please make every effort to arrive on time.
